We hope you are all well!

In December, we promised you a brand new event for January and we are now excited to invite you to join us for a workshop called “Creating a safe space in the classroom”, which will take place on the 20th January 2022 (Zoom link below).

In the workshop, we will focus on key points that we should bear in mind when we as English teachers wish to work actively towards making our classes a safe space for our students and ourselves. We will exchange practical tips for what to do when meeting a new group of students as well as tips which will help you on a day-to-day basis.

We will have a guest speaker, Kateřina Hasalová, who will talk about student anxiety. Kateřina, a TEFL Club member, is an English teacher and the methodist of primary prevention at SPGŠ Futurum in Prague.
